Our Medical Concierge Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days
a week in your language of choice. They can assist you in contacting a physician, obtaining an appointment, replacing eyeglasses, and providing other concierge services.
If you need to speak to a physician our representatives will coordinate to have one contact you (usually within 15 minutes) for a telephone consultation. You will
be asked to describe your symptoms and answer questions to best assess the seriousness of your condition. Based on the assessment, the physician will proceed with one of the following: Assist with self-care treatment, arrange for a physician
house call visit (usually within 1 hour), clinic referral, emergency room admission
or an appointment with a medical specialist.
